FitMom™
Fitmom programs are strategically designed to meet the fitness needs of moms at any stage while encouraging interaction and stimulation of babies.
Your baby will participate in the class and provide progressive resistance to help you get lean and strong. Our programs include warm-up stretch, standing exercises with baby, muscular endurance, cardiovascular training and a cool-down stretch. Each class concludes with a baby activity. In the course of the session participants will be able to address concerns about postnatal fitness and will receive information on relative topics of interest.
The Fitmom class format addresses the guilt new moms often feel when leaving their babies to do something for themselves. Fitmom classes are a great way to meet other new moms, get in shape, feel more energized and most importantly have fun while bonding with your baby.
