Older Adult Dance Classes

Every Friday January 13 – May 25, 2012 from 1-2pm.

Drop-in, $5 each visit.

Improve your balance, memory, agility, posture, cardiovascular fitness and your coordination with this fun-filled beginner level dance class. A variety of dances ranging from novelty, pattern, old time and even easy-to-learn line dances will be included. Enjoy the toe tapping music and the opportunity to make new friends. Dance is one of the most highly recommended activities for older adults due to its many physical, mental and emotional benefits.  Maintain your independence by decreasing the chance of having a debilitating fall.  Come and kick up your heels.  No partner required.
